Moxie Service Staff Moxie Catering Company can provide a full complement of service staff including servers, bartenders and chefs at the published hourly rate. Bartenders, Servers and Buffet Attendants $25/hour (2 hour minimum) Private Chef Services $125/hour (2 hour minimum) Private Room and Event Space Moxie Catering has private banquet room accommodations at Moxie's sister restaurant, Blue Fish, and access to a number of off-premises event sites around the region. Corkage at Moxie or Blue Fish locations is $15.00 per bottle. Charges are specific to the location and the private room rental charge is based on your specific food and beverage requirements. Moxie Catering Company will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left on its premises or off-site locations. The client is fully responsible for any damages to our facilities or to any other contracted event location incurred by attendees, employees, contractors, agents or other personnel under the control of any contractor hired by the client. Additional security needs can be contracted and arranged with a recommended licensed service. Parking and Valet Valet parking may be arranged by Moxie Catering with Signature Valet. Additional charges will apply depending on number of guests and location. Coat Check and Door Greeters Hosted coat check or greeting services can be provided at $25 per hour; 2 hour minimum.
